For those of us who don’t have our cell phones password protected, use ICE (In Case of Emergency) as a contact. Add a friend or family member's phone number and any important medical information such as “Do not use right arm for needles or blood pressure (lymphedema).” First responders and hospital personnel are trained to look for this contact so if you’re not able to communicate with them, they will have your emergency information.
